Usually I have great experiences with this company, but lately since they have been remodeling they have stopped paying attention and don't listen when you try to explain to them what you are bringing in. The last two times I came in I had over 50 lbs of CLEAN painted aluminum (every single screw and piece of metal taken off). Both times I got paid scrap aluminum price and when I went back in to ask about this i was shut down verbally and told to take it or leave it. This used to be my favorite scrap yard and I go out of my way 20 miles to come here, I used to wear their hats and shirts regularly just to give them more business, I used to tell my friends to go to Washington County recycling because they are the best around.. but as of lately their services have been comparable to Pyle-Em-Up in richwoods. Sorry Shelly but your company has really gone down hill. I Still never got my replacement hat that you promised me from a year ago either. Anyways Thanks for the past good experiences and please let me know when you start caring about your business again.
