First time at this location but have been to the others. Huge selection to look through and I’d say fairly organized. That’s what gets one star. The lack of four more is because for one their pricing is so much more than the other Re:Stores in town, additionally the lady working today which was a Sunday couldn’t have been any more rude and abrasive if she tried. Apparently the arbitrary pricing was her doing according to her as she tried to say the prices marked on items doesn’t mean that’s what they actually cost, as she stated, she would know as she’s the one who sets all the prices. On top of her nastiness she was an expert in her own mind as she was trying to tell me that the stove knob’s I was looking at for my high end brand of stove weren’t going to work because she’s apparently privy to my kitchen appliances. At check out she continued her rude and nasty disposition as she randomly assigned prices to things at her whim and then walked away when she was finished ringing everything up. She then felt it appropriate to yell at me from 25 feet away asking cash or card? A couple minutes went by before she meandered back asking why we were still just standing there? Maybe because you walked away without a reason why and didn’t turn the screen around for me to pay…I would love to go back and patronize the store but probably never will based on this experience. She was so unpleasant that I felt compelled to write this review to warn others of the terrible service and attitude she was dishing out and exorbitant arbitrary pricing for donated items.

I was really disappointed to see how overpriced everything in the store was. They wanted $1,200 for a set of cabinets that were clearly worn and used, and nearly the exact same cabinets were priced brand new for that price. They had two identical light fixtures, both unopened, one priced at retail value and the other price at twice retail value. When I asked the gentleman at the register, he offered to do both lights at the lower rate, but had I not said anything I would have spent significantly more than I should have. I think the caution is to check the prices of anything you're buying there, or save yourself the trouble and just go to the St Peter's location. The St Peters location staff has a much better attention to pricing and fair resale value. I never walk out of that store empty-handed. Not sure why the difference for this location. Will not be back.

I love this place. Yes the manager is a no nonsense type of lady. She is sick of people coming in there asking for huge price cuts, opening boxes that they aren’t even going to buy, (she has to put those things back together after all the rumbling) and feeling entitled to pay bare minimum for hundreds -thousand dollar products. If you treat her nice and with respect, she will work with you. If u come in feeling entitled and with a bad demeanor she will get you straight.. pray with her don’t play with her
