Husband had an accident during a storm. They ended up towing it because highway patrol called them to help. We came the very next day to pick it up and it cost us $880 just to get our vehicle back.

My son put his truck on its side in a slow speed slide off, I think it was D hwy just south of Licking on a Saturday afternoon. Called a local family friend who has been in the wrecker business for years and they weren't sure they could do what needed to be done. That could have been because of how I described it to them, no shade to them. Started home to get my backhoe to lift it out of the ditch, had to be lifted, not pulled, to minimize the damage to it. MSHP Showed up told me I couldn't do what I wanted to. I argue that point, but the trooper was great still. He called Jay's. They showed up probably 30 minutes after the call. Lifted it out and took the truck so we could pay for it later and let the oil drain back to where it's supposed to be for a very fair price on a weekend. Good guys, might look rough to you, they didn't to me at all but I might look rough to you too. All in all, very professional and quick at a very fair price.

He was less than honest when selling me a truck,that's about as nice as I can be on that issue, seems to have good reviews on auto body work and mechanical, mabe he should stick with that!
