I hit a deer that left a huge hole in my car, and Scott and everyone helped me get it fixed while staying in a budget I could afford, and fixed it in one day after the parts came in! Would definitely recommend, and will be coming back !Amazing service!

I took my car here after I was in a car front end collision. And they fixed it up to the point where it looked brand new on the outside besides for a scrape that I asked them to buffer out 3 times. Whenever it got to time to pick up the car the scrape was still there. So I had him fix it, he did accordingly with no complaints. My issue is that they told me the car was fixed but whenever I tried to get my oil changed a different shop told me that there’s a crack in the bottom of my engine. This made all of my new oil spill out of my car. This either could have happened because of my wreck or they tightened a bolt to tight and it broke my crank case. Mind you I didn’t drive the car anywhere after it was “fixed” besides to my house and to my trusted shop. Whenever I told Jim’s auto body about what was wrong he refused to take the blame. He said that I had to have been the one to break it by driving over a big bump in the road or that the shop I took it to after caused the problem. I know that none of these are what happened because whenever I drove home I had someone following behind me in case anything happened. I drove perfectly fine and didn’t drive over any rocks or bumps in the road. Even if I did, it wouldn’t have been enough to break the under of my engine. And the shop I took it to did not touch the bottom of my engine at all. The closest that they got to it was changing the oil filter. After discovering this problem I also found out that they did not attach my air filter correctly either. I can literally pull it off of the car with no struggle. This is dangerous because it can fall off at any point and anything could get into my engine. Jim’s auto body has offered me no help other than telling me that I need to pay more money for them to have it fixed. I have already gave them just about 7 grand. This shop is not trustworthy at all and will not help you if they messed up.

We had to call Jim’s towing service tonight because our boys (19 & 8) were playing hide and seek and one (not the 8 yro ? ) got locked in the trunk with his keys in pocket. The driver got the door unlocked and got to work taking the seat out. He got it open enough we were able to pull the keys through and get in the trunk. While we are laughing now we are so thankful the driver took it serious and was quick to get him out so quick!
