They over schedule, guy at the desk scheduled me and inferred to get there early to get it in, dropped it at 7:30 am, when I stopped by at 3pm , owner told me they probably wouldn’t get to it that day. Then proceeded to tell me a bs story that it was because of a 5 hour break job ahead of mine. My brake flush and master cylinder would have been an hour at the most. Had problems before with there time schedule. Whole day wasted, no apologies, no compensation. Guess you have to be one of the local good ole boys ?♂️Good reviews are locals. Go to Matts in Marshfield, they don’t overbook. Reliable work and fair prices.

Radiator fan & shroud for $550. 2 stars for actually completing it. Next time I’ll get the pick n pull parts ourselves! ??? came in KNOWING the fan shroud and fan were busted. Charged just to look at it.
