I stopped at Autozone in Hollister as I had to jump my battery on two consecutive days. I was all prepared to change out my main battery, but Ben helped me determine that my main battery was probably okay. Instead, he explained that my auxiliary battery was shot. I didn’t even know I had two batteries in my van! He took out my old battery (and even showed me that it had split!) and installed the new battery. He went above and beyond and was very patient to answer all my questions. He ensured I got the best price for the battery I needed. He even did all this in the cold!! Soooo thankful for Ben and his crew at Autozone in Hollister!

Just wanted to give a shout out to John at the Hollister Store. My battery that was less than 2 years old went bad, and after verifying everything without hesitation he pulled a new one off the shelf, tools and step stool and replaced it for me. And it was COLD out! Thanks brother!! Respect!

I want to thank Brandon from the Hollister location for helping this old women with putting in her tail light ? ?...I was down to my last dollar, got pulled over and told it Arkansas finest my break lights were out. On my way home I stopped in Hollister and Brandon looked up what I needed and saw hoe overwhelmed I was and proceeded to help me he went as far as installing wjat this old women could not have done. From the bottom of my heart ❤️ thank you.
