Only 4 because the parking lot wasn't paved. Driveway is across from "America's best value inn". Guys are nice. Office door is labeled no guessing where to go. Is taking awhile to get someone out here to do washout.

WATCH OUT! They charged me $2,550.48 to reattach a DEF line, weld the air tank their mechanic broke and tow us 4 miles that we agreed as going to be $345. One of our company trucks broke down nearby and I was a sucker to think they wouldn't over charge us. They fixed the DEF line as soon as they towed us in and the next morning I came in the DEF level was good and I saw no more derate codes on my GPS, I called them from 8am to 3pm all day and they kept saying they would work on the truck to find out at the end that they had to go clean up an accident on the highway and that their mechanic broke our air tank when he tried to "fix" an ail leak. The next day they took the air tank to get welded and got it back on and did a forced regen. I am shocked that they charged us $2150 to weld an air tank and to reattach a DEF line and do a forced regen. WOW SHAME ON YOU!!!

Thanks so much to Clinton Austin! He was so quick to arrive at our location when we needed pulled out of a snow filled ditch. He was extremely professional and skilled and had us out of the ditch in no time with no issues whatsoever. Wonderful service and wonderful human being!
