I can see why this location has such high ratings; the people were wonderfully professional in the most considerate way. That is sadly rare, but they explained things so clearly, kindly, and were patient with all of our questions. Unfortunately, we did not get the chance to see the work from the people at Mr. Dent in action, since the Insurance decided it was better to salvage our truck after the under the influence driver rammed into our parked truck. In the end, we are very impressed with this company and how they handled us in such an unfortunate time.
