Had the unfortunate circumstance of my car breaking down nowhere near my home. This shop came highly recommended by the locals and their google reviews helped our decision to move forward with this shop for the necessary repairs. Candidly, I understand the challenges small businesses face - having operated small businesses for 20 years....several of those years operating a small repair shop myself. The price was okay. The service, however, was underwhelming and communication severely lacked. The repair was simple. Expectation was set the car would be returned in 2 business days. They had my car for over a week. It was not a part availability issue either as I ultimately was forced to supply my own parts. No one picks up the phone and voicemails were unreturned. 2 stars due to very poor customer service.

Cannot say enough great things about this shop. Steve and Anthony are great and will shoot you straight. There have been a number of occasions I have taken it in to check on brakes or whatever and have been told everything was fine with no charge. Highly recommend.
