I was in a wreck that totaled my car this past Friday. That car has ALL of my belongings in it. Everything. The hospital had to cut my clothes off of me because of my injuries. Said that to say this... I'm still wearing dissipating paper scrubs from the hospital because my belongings are in the car. I called Cody Casey since he's the one that ended up with my car. I explained the situation and asked if I could come get my belongings since it was now Monday. He said yes. I show up in an Uber, which he knows, and tells me it will be 45 minutes before he can get there. After I show up. Okay.. that's cool I'll wait.. you're a busy working man. Says he will call when he is on the way. I wait an hour. I call. No answer. I text. No answer. I wait another hour.. not answering calls or texts. At this point I have enough money to get ONE more Uber.. back to the hotel. So I wait another hour. Then another as to not be hasty and miss him by being impatient because getting my belongings is important to me. He never responds. Never shows up. Never calls. I'm still in hospital paper scrubs that have holes worn in them because I've had to wear them for 3 almost 4 days now. I'm HIGHLY disappointed in this unprofessionalism from Mr. Casey. My things may not be important to you, but you know I'm not from here. I was passing through when I got t-boned. A simple line of communication would have been wonderful before I stood in rainy, tweaker alley, at cold temperatures with no jacket, and broken ribs, waiting on you because you said you would be there. Then ignored me. DO NOT USE CASEY'S FOR ANYTHING! They are unreliable and unorganized.

Somebody who I thought was a friend recently got my vehicle impounded with these people and they are refusing to allow me to get anything of my children's out even my daughters medication. I do not recommend using them for anything. I reserve the right to change this review

Said he would call me back about an impounded car. After calling and texting him several times reply or get back to me doesn't sound like a very professional operation to me.
