I love this place! We’ve been going for a few years now since our previous mechanic had to close his doors; I’m so glad we found Dylan and True Automotive! It makes all the difference in the world to have an honest mechanic who does quality work AND goes above and beyond. Most of the other staff, I interacted with have been great as well, very cheerful and friendly. Even though they are a small town shop, they’re extremely reliable and professional, with decent prices. We totally recommend them!

Where to start!? Our 2022 Jeep Wagoneer broke down southbound I-35. My partner called True Automotive and Dylan responded with a quick bring it in, we'll take a look at it. We were towing a 32 foot camper loaded to the gills with gear. The tow company got the Jeep on a flatbed and towed the camper behind. Once we got to the shop, Dylan let us park the camper right next to the building so we could offload the Wagon. After a bit of looking ,computing, and generally doing mechanic stuff, Dylan and crew identified the fuel pump as the culprit. Well, guess what, that part isn't readily available, so my partner and children had to go on to the West coast while I went back north to wait. A week later they had the part, fixed the Jeep and still kept my camper safe till I could get back down to pick it all up. True Automotive took care of my vehicle, took care of my camper and was the greatest group I've ever had to work with. Dylan and his crew are super friendly, down to earth, and will help you out in a pinch or not. Definitely recommend them for any automotive work! Thanx guys.
