"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend this tire shop location enough! I was able to call and get a quick appointment for a few issues that I was experiencing. Which not to mention was very convenient. Clayton and the staff are always warm and welcoming. I feel like family when I walk in. Clayton and Michael was honest, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services. The staff was friendly, and the waiting area was clean. THE NEW TIRE SMELL! Prices are very reasonable, and I was back on the road in no time. This is my GO TO SPOT for all of my tire and maintenance needs!"

Over the years I have brought my cars and now my Jeep Wrangler to Firestone 350 Hwy. They have given me exceptional service with each visit. They explain everything to you and always willing to address your questions and concerns. They offer suggestions and they are very respectful of getting you in and getting you taken care of. I actually liked this place until my recent visit. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars I felt like this location had my best interest. Again up until my last visit. I was told my brake fluid was low, from my understanding I thought when getting oil changes you’d get your fluids checked! Nope Clayton said it depends on the worker. I’ve never heard such thing. However I received an oil change, new tire, brakes and rotors. Paid for my services with no problem but what I’ve noticed is that they’re nice for payment but as far as communication on what’s going on with the car. Don’t expect to get that. Just “Thanks for coming in” I walked out with problems to my car I didn’t have prior to going in and all he’s saying is I have an old car with high mileage. If that’s the case in stead of taking my money let me know that you suggest i go a different route. But again they just want your money.
