I want to start off by telling everyone there thank you so much. I won't go into details. Two of my family members was put into the hospital. Even though I have been been there before. They didn't have to cause of closing time but they all went out of their way to make sure we could get to the place we needed to be.. Thank you guys so much. I will never take my car any place else.

I bought a Mini Clubman through Carvana and it has spent numerous days at this in network shop doing different big mechanical issues. They have done so well with my car and have fought with the warranty company with me trying to get the big issues fixed. Their shop has been great to deal with and great customer service, and I am not an easy person to deal with. Highly recommended their services.

It took over a week to get diagnosis of a starter needed replacing. They don't work weekends, it was Monday before they could work on it and by Friday they were done, but it took hours before they were able to pick me up... When I got there the vehicle wasn't where they said it was. Then the quote for future work wasn't where they said it would be... It wasn't in the car. To make matters worse, they had broken my radio. It took my son over an hour to fix it. While they offered to fix it, they couldn't look at it until Monday and I would be without transportation for who knows how long. I would never recommend their shop to anyone needing car repairs.
