Hoffman worked on a 2015 Chevy Cruze with oil leak. Claimed replace the following: Valve cover and gasket, timing cover gasket, oil filter gasket, oil pan gasket, serpentine belt. $1500. Still leaked, turns out they never did the oil pan. Took back and fixed. Butch claimed his new guy worked on it. I had to take photos to prove the catalytic converter was not removed, (which has to for pan seal). Less than 3000 miles later everything leaking again. Took to another shop to check. They found bolts loose and missing from water pump and timing cover. Bolts loose on timing chain guide, so cover was rubbing from incorrect install of timing chain. Very unsafe as at any minute could have catastrophic failure. All damage was a result of poor workmanship. New repairs cost $2900. I would NEVER take a car here. As nice as guy Butch may be, their quality is terrible.

I couldn't get in anywhere for a inspection for 2 to 3 weeks so I started looking for more places and Hoffmans got me right in and the guy doing inspection had me come out and asked if i still want inspection even though it will fail for my broken windshield that was cool told him yep incase there was anything else wrong .very nice people great shop and if your lucky you mite get to see the box opening dog so cool brought my vehicle back couple days later got my inspection sticker was so easy definitely ne going back
