I was at O'Reillys today on Page Ave for new wiper blades and was super impressed with Rose. She was friendly, knowledgeable, & willing to go above and beyond. While I was waiting, I noticed her interactions with other customers both in the store and on the phone. She was positive and helpful. I especially appreciated her enthusiastic " Absolutely" when I asked if she could install them for me. It was freezing outside. I value customer service and she provided excellent customer service. I got a new battery and wipers. The employee who installed both did a great job. The battery installation was tricky since my car is a bit old, and at least one bolt was rusty, but he kept at it until he got it. I'd do business here again for sure.
