I wasn't sure this St. Louis area store would honor a lifetime battery warranty I purchased in Denver in 2021. The lovely employee agreed without hesitation, replaced the battery in the key fob for me without being asked and showed me how to open the fob so I can replace it for myself in the future if needed. The young men working at the store treated this 60+ YO woman with courtesy and respect and exceeded my already-high expectations based on prior good experiences with Batteries Plus. Count me as a loyal customer!

Car battery on 2013 VW died. Called autozone on Big Bend and was told, “I can sell you the battery but can’t install it due to all VWs having to have the computer reset.” All my arguments about the age of the car and it not needing the reset fell on deaf ears. Called Batteries Plus and they said, “No problem, come on by!” Price was the same and install was free. But customer service was amazing! Super friendly and efficient!

The first experience was fine but the exact same problem returned 2 months later. Did not honor warrantee, pretty dismissive attitude taken towards us and told me I must have dropped it. I didn't. Bummer.
