I was in and out of two other auto parts stores in the area as I came across disinterested works before coming to this location. While I was steadying myself for more of the same I instead encountered the opposite. I had the good fortune of working with Nicole who has vast knowledge of this space. She quickly confirmed what I needed, a large battery for a Promaster, and maintained a positive energy throughout our engagement before sending me on my way. Nicole is a tremendous asset for this business!

I purchased a used car from a person, knowing that the battery was bad. I was out of town, so I didn't have any tools with me to change out the old battery with a new one. Advance Auto Parts was a block away, so I went and purchased a new battery and asked if they could help put it in. They were more than happy to help! Both employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was sunny out and VERY hot, so I really appreciated the help with the battery. A lot of places will just say that they aren't able to help with those things. This was definitely a positive experience and I will be back, if I'm in the area and need anything for my car. Keep up the great work!

Purchased a new die-hard platinum battery for my pickup. Here I thought I was going to have to install it myself and Jennifer the sales clerk carts it to my truck with tools in hand ( on a cart) and within twenty minutes I was ready to hit the road again.
