A week after having my tire repaired at the dealership, the repair failed leaving me on in an inconvenient position at work and very stressed. My job requires I travel between locations frequently on post, so waiting several hours for my husband to break away from work wasn't an option. After making the call and explaining the situation, they sent someone straight to post to resolve the situation. Despite the cold temps and wind from the recent snow storm, the employee was pleasant and polite and handled the situation with expert skill. I am so very appreciative of their services and have no doubt I will use their services again in the future if the need arises. Thank you so much!!!

​This business is an absolute disgrace. My car was towed at MoDOT’s request, despite Highway Patrol giving me a clear verbal agreement that I could retrieve it the next morning. They towed it less than 10 miles and immediately attempted to charge the legal maximum. ​What is truly unforgivable is their lack of humanity. We are a low-income family with four children; my son is autistic and non-verbal. When I asked simply to get his comfort blanket from the car, they refused to let me touch my own property without $120 and a title in hand. To hold a child’s essential needs hostage for a fee is predatory. They are running a racket, adding daily fees to a bill they know a struggling family can't pay. Keep the car—it’s a 20-year-old salvage—but know that you are built on greed and a total lack of a backbone. You're whole response is a lie. I was waiting to hear back from highway patrol about a wavier for the towing and didn't get any word. Then I called and asked if I could get his blanket back and at no point did your employee say I could get anything from the car. I asked if I could get just his blanket and was told it would be $120 and I'd have to bring the title.

This company does towing for the highway patrol. My son had a flat tire and his jack wouldn’t work. He removed the car from the roadway and took not the off ramp. The next morning I brought him a jack and the car had been town and impounded before 15 hours had passed. Now they want over $500 to pick the car up. My autistic grandsons blankets and car seat are inside. What a horrible business!!! Your account of our conversation is not factual at all. I do in fact a recorded copy of our conversation. I am just informing the public of the morally bankrupt person you are. This is not the first time I have heard of you practices of picking up cars from accident scenes where drivers were then taken by ambulance and then have huge recovery and impound costs. I would hate to make my living on the backs of the poor who have had an unfortunate event.
