✨ Shout Out to Keith Wilson! ✨ I’ve had the pleasure of being served by Keith twice, and both times he went above and beyond. The first time, I went in with my family to buy a car battery, and Keith impressed me with how efficient, careful, and customer-focused he was. The second time, I only intended to compare prices for another car battery, but his excellent customer service completely won me over—and I ended up buying right there. After the installation, he even checked my car’s overall health status with a diagnostic gadget, which was such a thoughtful extra step. I just wanna say thank you to Lisa H and her coworker for helping me out this evening. When my vehicle was overheating they made it feel welcoming and comfortable with trying to distract my two youngins while we waited for the vehicle to cool down and by putting water in it and making sure we got home safe. Which if you’re reading this we did! Thank you again for the two of you!
