From childhood My stepfather was a very loyal customer to O'Reilly's so loyal that my oldest son used to call it old Riley's house that we were going to. I attempted to stop at advanced Auto due to its closeness to my home. I didn't get the gentleman's name and calling him a gentleman is throwing it far but I am a lady and I'm here to leave compliments. Let's just say I always treated as though I have no clue what I'm doing underneath the hood. Upon leaving advanced Auto in a very upset and discriminated upon emotional state I peddled my way on my bike to the other side of town to old Riley's house. Once I got in there I talked to a very kind gentleman and I use that word proudly named Jonathan. He and his district janitor Rusty we're very helpful at teaching me the tips and tricks I was asking for on how to get a rusted on bolt loose. I was told by them to get the yellow MAP gas and some crayons Yes I just said crayons and get the bolt one at a time absolutely white hot once it is white hot take some pliers and hold the crayon to the bolt so that the crayon melts into the seams and threads of the bolt. Once you do that it will knock loose. These two men were the lovely light at the end of a very angering tunnel made by a man I did not even care to get his name I walked out with my birds up at advance Auto not at Old Riley's house everybody loves Old Riley's house. And that district janitor Rusty is amazing very good at cleaning stuff up. It's not like I needed any more reasons to be loyal to O'Reilly's but yet again you guys won me for life.
