Had my vehicle for 6 full months trying to figure out what was wrong. One full month was supposedly trying to get a locksmith which was not the problem, again wrong guess! I tried getting it back for about 6 weeks and it was always taken apart and other excuses. Finally said I will be back in two days with two have all pieces together or not accessable to take, he asked for just one more day thought he had it figured out. What a surprise it was running! Have no clue what all he did to it even though I requested to get a print out. Still don't even know what the REAL problem was, didn't get anything clearly saying. Couple thousand and 6 months later I was just glad to get it back and fed up with his excuses and run around nonsense, which I feel he took advantage of me being female not knowing anything as well. Still driving but other things wrong that never was before like it will only take around a gallon of gas and shuts off ?, my alarm will go off sometimes even when I. sitting in the car with keys and about a year later same problem as before starting again but no idea what it is still. Don't know how he has 5 star except lucky with people like me who still choose not to leave true experience. Until tried getting an inspection on daughters car recently like an idiot figured what could he harm and needing it ASAP so made appointment with him for two days later, I guess at end of his day, when I get there for appointment ON TIME, He's closed up and GONE, no note no call NOTHING! He doesn't even deserve 1 star.

My ac went out just before a planned trip to Oklahoma to clean up family cemetery with my cousin. I could not find any place to get in and when I explained it to Jim he fit me in ! He replaced my condenser and my cold air was working for the trip. Honest and great service and reasonable. Thanks Jim!!!!

Jim is awesome. HONEST mechanic who knows foreign and domestic well. Make an appointment he is pretty accurate with how long it will take. Very straight forward and will tell you if you need something or not. Has never tried to upsell me and I don't feel like he is trying to get over just because I am a woman like some. Most definitely reccomend, only place I take my Volvo.
