After using Randy's Auto for 16 years that I have lived in Willow Springs, honestly, this is the auto repair shop to bring your vehicle. I am treated with kindness and respect-- and I rely completely on information given to me from Randy himself. This is true trust; he and Pam are good people. Difficult to find these days. One of the few honest mechanic shops left. I usually do most of the work on my own vehicles, but honestly the older I get the less I want to. I never hesitate taking my vehicle to Randy. I know without a doubt he will be honest about what needs to be done and the price will be fair. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Randy is the kindest most down to earth guy. He makes sure you understand what's going on and what needs to be done. He gives you options, his opinion, and then you both decide where to go from there. I love the fact that he will call you personally and make sure what he thinks that needs to be done is okay with you. Randy is HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND TRUSTWORTHY. I got an inspection from another person once, things didn't look right so I took it to Randy and asked him. He called the other person and fixed the situation. I won't ever go anywhere else!
