Price match not guaranteed. I've been told anything from "oh I can't do that today," to "I need a receipt from the other yard to prove that they're paying that." When I brought up the point I would likely just empty the pickup there making it pointless to drive to them, the response "Well you'll fill it again" seemed appropriate. They're grading of copper is you get number two price generally even if they've explained certain things fall under number one. The guy running the inside scale thinks it's cute when you take all this time to separate things and he dumps it all in one bucket and gives you the lowest possible price. Even if they say they're going to help you understand how to separate things out, often they downgrade to lowest price if they think they can or are having a bad day. Main drive on scale fluctuates 20 pounds if the wind blows too hard at which point cutting the weight down 40 pounds. Insulated Cooper wire will be explained to fall under many categories based on percentage of Cooper able to be refined, then it turns into they only pay one price regardless which is the lowest of course. It's sad honestly that it's insanely difficult for the rules to be clear and consistent as well as it being a bother to educate people when they consistently ensure assistance with learning the process. One good days, employees are pleasant and helpful however short lived that may be.

They claim to price match any local competitor. But when I asked the price match Lakeside they refuse to and just told me to take myself and take it to Lakeside after waiting an hour and a half and being skipped in line by multiple people. Keeping it classy as always
