The phone call to gather my information took nearly 30 minutes. The used a towing company from 10 cities away requiring 2 hours to reach me? Then 30 mins to load my vehicle. Then 15 minutes to the mechanic, and another 10 minutes to unload. Ridiculous!!!! When I had AAA years ago, a tow never took anywhere near this long. I live in a major city, with tow companies everywhere. But for some reason AMAC used a company from the other side of the planet. Good thing I was calling from home and not the side of a busy freeway. I would not recommended this service to anyone.

This business, without a doubt, provides a phenomenal roadside assistance service. Frank was kind, punctual, and extremely helpful to us in our difficult situation which began on the interstate. If you ever need a tow, please give AMAC a call. I highly recommend them.

Was stranded on I-80 due to failed camper brake. Camper wheel almost caught fire and it was Friday evening and struggled to find any help.
