⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars - Excellent Service! I want to share my amazing experience with J & B Enterprises in North Platte, Nebraska. I was driving my Freightliner Cascadia 2018 when my starter suddenly broke down. It happened late at night right after I stopped to refuel - the engine shut off and wouldn’t start again. I was completely stuck at the pump and didn’t know what to do. Then I called J & B Enterprises, and the owner, Jack, answered the phone himself. From the very first minute, he showed a great attitude, kindness, and professionalism. He explained everything clearly - that my truck would need to be towed to his shop, and that he would replace the starter there. Even though it was very early in the morning, around 5 AM, Jack personally came, picked me up from the truck stop, and took care of everything. He fixed my truck fast and did an amazing job. The most impressive part for me was his honesty and genuine personality. He’s not just a good mechanic - he’s a good person who truly cares about helping drivers. The price was very fair, the service was excellent, and the communication was perfect. My truck started right away after the repair, and everything worked flawlessly. If you ever have a problem within 150 miles of North Platte, Nebraska, I highly recommend J & B Enterprises for towing and roadside assistance. I cannot say enough how incredible this shop is. If you ever need work done in this area, definitely give J&B Enterprises a call. I pulled into his shop at 4pm with a failed vacuum pump in my 6.0 power stroke. He had the part in hand at 9am the next morning and the part replaced by 1030am and we were able to continue our cross country trip with absolutely minimal downtime. I can’t recommend this place enough.
