I made an appt with John I dropped my car off at 7am took a nap by 2 o'clock called he said I was next to look at my car... All I wanted him to do is clean my aluminum rims up .. he said I can't do that cuz you need new tires...my tires are fine... I did the penny test.. I drive back and forth to work and home in blair... I am so pissed he chose this... He sucks as a mechanic.. my ex would have took him down in life .. my ex would have done what I asked.

If I could give him zero stars I would. He is extremely poor at managing his time/workload and communicating any changes in plans. From everything around scheduling a tow, aligning on a date for service, etc, it seemed to be a major inconvenience. He had my vehicle for 4 weeks and had not even started on it. It simply needed a new starter. Mind you, he quoted me 2 weeks. When I called to check on it he stopped answering the phone then when he did answer he told me if I want it to just have someone come tow it… so that is what I did. Sent my vehicle to west Omaha auto services and they replaced the starter in less than 24 hours and I was on the road. I could go on about how poor this experience is, but I will just summarize it by saying go anywhere else. You’d be better off
