Got my 2011 Buick Enclave, in and out in a jiffy and the repair was perfect! I highly recommend Cross Auto Repair. This company is like a diamond in the ruff. Secure and safe in Northeast Omaha.

They are the worst auto shop in Omaha. Had a friend who is disabled buy a van from there and had to take it back the same day to be fixed. Which they didn't manage to do. What they did was manage to break more then try to charge my friend more. Can't believe they say they are a non profit. They title hop all the cars they own. Wonder if they even report that. Probably not. Really shady people. Don't trust them. As a reply to what was wrote back. Yes something was broke by your mechanics the customer was not and is still not happy with the purchase and with all the issues of the van they are not driving it.

This place is super shady! I know more about cars than they do! My car has had so many issues after I brought it into this place! They were only supposed to fix brakes and belts now I'm having issues with belts screeching and making noise. I brought it back in three times the guys have no idea how to fix it they keep blaming it on other parts that they will have to "fix". All of the parts they would have to "fix" are expensive things. There were not this many problems with my car before I brought it in and now I have all sorts of issues with my car! Don't bring your car here unless you want to have your car messed up! I would highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague!
