Where my insurance failed to help, Al’s Towing came to the rescue. After sitting out in the cold with a dead car for almost 3 hours along the side of a dark road with no help in sight, I looked up local towing companies. After being met with a few harsh rejections I stumbled on Al’s. After calling and explaining my situation I only had about a 20 minute wait and was towed back home. I was greeted with concern and genuine friendliness. Once time come to pay I was surprised that there were no hidden fees and the price was exactly what was quoted to me over the phone. Payment was quick and easy and I felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. I cannot express my gratitude enough and will definitely be recommending Al’s Towing to any and everyone in need of a reliable and caring towing company.

While traveling from Wisconsin to Washington State to see grandkids during a very cold snap (-16 f) our truck decided not to start at a Scottsbluff Motel. Todd was very quick to assist us and get our truck to the local dealership where we could get it inside after hours on a Saturday. We were treated like royalty and were able to get back on the road in much less time than we anticipated. Highly recommend Todd and Al’s Towing. The best.
