Mildly Entertaining

Let me just say that this is one of the worst auto repair shops in the area. Completely in professional service and handling of their loyal customers. I scheduled a car inspection which they charge 80$ by the way.. I forgot to include my car insurance card but they still went ahead and did the inspection knowing that it wasn't going to pass and still charged me 80$ .. instead they could have done the professional thing which would have waited to do my inspection and had me bring over my proof of insurance. And I've been a loyal customer with d an j for two years now. Family even brings their cars here. Well no longer they not only lost my patronage but my families as well. This place is the worst .. if you need your car inspected or repaired I highly recommend just going down the road a bit on 309 and checking out the Midas over their on Quakertown they charge 42 which is half the price I paid here .. Kevin is very friendly and is very willing to work with his customers.

terrible customer service bad attitude terrible service feels and looks like their life stink and that they hate their lives terrible human education They need employees with ethics and professionalism They need to change the people who are working without the desire to progress and it is two women in particular. i Would put 0 stars if i could but i can't.
