2nd try at using this company. Both times they told me yea and had me waiting for at least an hr or longer just to call me back and tell me they wouldnt help me. Not friendly about it either. Chris used to be a decent guy doing hookups for illegally parked cars from the burg. I was on side of highway in a major snow storm with 2 kids ....one child is type 1 diabetic and we werent in any area where we could walk, use the bathroom, or get warm. or get out in the -6° freezing cold. After the 1.5 hr wait they said oh.. we cant help you and then stopped responding. The inside windows were ice at that point and plows were whizzing past and my hazards started to die to a dull blinking. I was scared and my phone was dying. My advice...... Go somewhere else!! Not one bit of concern and seemed like I should have been more grateful they were gracing me with their presence if they did... The owner from J & R TOWING AND RECOVERY was amazing! He was responsive, he had called me back in less than 5 mins., professional, very on point with time and concerned about the vehicle etc., and HE kept his word. I trusted him hands down with my vehicle knowing he was much more dedicated to his customers. He got my car delivered to my shop and even took time to put the car in the correct spot and put the keys in their dropbox. Calm and professional. Next time i need a tow, J AND R Towing and Recovery would be my first call.
