Awful, one of the worst companies we have used. They leave us with dumpsters not in place for days. Trash is everywhere. They leave trails of trash all over when emptying the dumpster. They leave trash all over our trash room and our team had to put the dumpster in place because they actually told me to feel free to use the dumpsters that they put in the back our parking lot instead of in the proper place in the garage. I asked them three times to put the dumpsters in place. Save yourselves a nightmare and do not use this company. We have given them many chances to improve and they just send we are sorry emails and do nothing to improve the issues. You would think they would want to improve the service with how bad these reviews are. Photos are no joke how they will leave your property. These are days apart too. They just don’t care.

Roadrunner provides the very best waste services hands down! They have ALWAYS collected our trash and recycle as scheduled, even on holidays. Additionally, they have removed lg items (1 free per year) like our broken hot water heater and a dishwasher. They are extremely courteous and helpful when you call their local office, and I offer my highest praise and endorsement of them!

After using Republic Waste for 8 years, I tried to “save money” using Road Runner Waste. Sounded good … but after understanding their service is dictated by 3rd party trucks, I can confidently say Republic is the far better choice. Their pickups are consistent, their pricing is transparent, and customer service actually answers the phone and helps. Road Runner Waste, on the other hand, was nothing but problems. They missed pickups, sent confusing invoices, and made it nearly impossible to speak with a real person. But the worst part? They charge a six-month penalty just to cancel service. That’s right—if you’re unhappy and want out, they’ll hit you with 6+ months of fees just to walk away. It feels like a trap. The problem is they don’t have their own trucks… so they are fully reliant on independent trucks and have no control. Pricing: most importantly, get a quote from Road Runner then send that to Republic. You will likely get the lower rate and best service from Republic as Republic has full control over their vehicles and pickup team. Republic is efficient, will save you money and headaches. I switched back to Republic Waste and couldn’t be happier. No shady fees, no missed service, and no nonsense. If you’re deciding between the two, don’t make the same mistake I did—go with Republic from the start.
