After a pit stop at another auto store, where they couldn’t locate the part, we hobbled our old Toyota over to O’Reilly’s. Noah jumped right on it. My husband explained what happened and what he suspected, and Noah had the parts on hand! They even loaned us the basic tools to get back on the road. We’re 200 miles from home, and with our dogs on board, this could have been a serious situation. At the Bernalillo NM store - Noah was very helpful: Jeep Grand Cherokee main battery and start stop battery are under right front seat and not the easiest to access. Noah had not replaced one before, was informative as he progressed and did a great job. Also, the military discount is very much appreciated
