So Far this Place has been AWESOME!!!!! I Blew the Transmission on my F350 on the Interstate and stopped by these guys Fence I think the Gentleman who came to the fence is named John and he was Very Nice and Kind!!!!!! The next day Michael called and was Just as Kind and Helpful!!!!!! I will follow up when my Truck is Repaired but So Far I would DEFINITELY Recommend this SHOP to ALL!!!!!

Charlies has bailed us out a few times. We've got a 20+year old Subaru that an oil change at a Walmart left us without a transmission as they emptied it during the oil change but never told us and didn't refill it... so stranded on the 40 with a dead transmission Charlies towed us to their spot and spent weeks hunting down a transmission that would work for our ooooold car. They found one and installed it. We paid headed home and turned out it wasn't a fully working transmission so back we went. They pulled it, hunted down another one and replaced it no charge. Now we take our cars there for everything, including oil changes. It's more expensive but they also look through the car, let me know if something is going to need replaced soon and even found a rusted out part in my wheel that would have been a horrible accident had it not been replaced. They also have helped me find parts for better prices than I could that I replaced myself so even when it's just to help they helped!
