So I took my car to this AutoZone to get my check engine light checked out. Tony was the manager and his associate working was named Joe. Upon driving in I was leaking oil.pretty badly and did not know it until proceeded to try and top it off and oil spilled all across the parking lot. Joe helped me look under the car and saw that the previous owner of my car had plugged a grommet in the oil pan and the plug had fell out leaking oil everywhere. So I was stranded at AutoZone for several hours until I could get a tow. Unfortunately I am diabetic and my blood sugars were running low (under 50...) I went back into the store and explained my situation to Tony and Joe and not only did they help me with my car they gave me pizza and some sugary food to help stabilize my blood sugar. Without these guys I most definitely would not make it till the morning. These guys are real life savers! I will never go anywhere else again. I cannot express my utmost gratitude to all the staff that works here in many ways not only did they save my car they saved me from a serious.medical condition upon which I could've been sitting in a hospital in God only knows what condition. Again I cannot express my utmost gratitude and again I just wanted to thank everyone at the store. -Daniel L.

This auto zone has always been the cleanest & positive environment every time I have stopped by. The customer service has ALWAYS helped me when I’m having bad days with vehicles or having trouble getting parts for my vehicles. I came in today because a different location in abq gave me the completely wrong water pump, and they got me in and out within 10 minutes, looked up name and number and got the part delivered out here to Edgewood same day, ( ITS BEST TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOUR NUMBER AND NAME HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE IT ALREADY) the lady was super helpful and another great experience I thought I’d share! ?✔️
