I hit a large piece of mechanical debris west of Raton and popped my tire. Thankfully I found J&M! They towed me to their shop (they are also AAA towing) Lewis searched for my particular tire to replace the split one. Unfortunately none were available but Lewis had one there by 10 a.m. the next morning and I was on the road again! They even gave me a lift to and from the motel I had to stay in overnight! Great crew! Very friendly, professional and courteous to say the least. I highly recommend!!

They have had my truck for 10 days now. Have not even started the work. Needs an oil leak repaired on the front axl. They do good work when they do not lose the initiave and are not lazy. I did not get an estamate in the 1st 7 days either. I had to drive down, locate the clerk and ask why its taking so long to get an estamate. I can not leave a good review because there is no good reason why 10 days have gone by and not a single wrench has been turned. Not one time. I hope anybody reading this will take into consideration that they are inexplainably slow, lack all motivation and have no reasonable sense of turn out.

I finished changing a blow out with a spare donut on I-25 at 4:45 pm on the way to Albuquerque. I couldn't drive the rest of the way on a spare so called around in hopes of someone being able to get me back on the road. JM Tire closed in 30 minutes and I was still 10 minutes away. I called hoping they could do it and Louis answered the phone with a "No problem! We can get it done for you." They were fast, reasonably priced considering the circumstances, and proceed great service. Thank you!
