Best service. Called in at night needing a tow truck in the harsh snow. Hugo came and greeted us with a smile and got on right to the job. Also got a great price for the tow. Great company and workers. Would highly recommend.

On a cold December day, a poorly maintained DC street tore a tire on my electric car. EVs, to shed weight, don’t have spare tires so I needed not just a tow truck but a flatbed. I called a few places before Steve but none could guarantee a flatbed and less than two hours. Steve did both. He stayed in contact with updated ETAs and arrived in about an hour. Amazing! He got the job done quickly, professionally, and safely. Then gave me a lift to the garage near my house. I even enjoyed our chat. I really hope I don’t need a tow service again, but if I do it will be with Steve’s Towing.
