Terrible place ... horrible customer service! They always have excuses on why the work is never finished on time. The employees never man up to their work and all of them seem to be high school dropouts. I had an engine replaced on my vehicle and from the start it gave me problems. I took my car to another mechanic and found out that they didn't change the belts or the seals that they were paid to do. When I called to complain their foul mouth employee (Junior) was not only rude, but didn't have an explanation on why the work wasn't done correctly. I found out later that they have a history of violations with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. Also, A & R have been sued in small claims court for not honoring their own warranties. Bad experience, horrible employees, poor workmanship is the only way to describe this place.
