They should change their business name to F Minus for the lack of courteous customer service. Rude and condescending over the phone. I used a different company that was less expensive.

I'd go elsewhere if you can. My minor child was in an accident while I was out of town. The policeman called this company... she was charged a tow fee winch fee and labor (a winch was not necessary for the damages) then she was charge milage fee for a 6 mile tow! The whole thing came to over $300!! Thr policeman told my daughter the tow would be about 200 and was given no options, the tow service never spoke to her despite her being on scene the whole time she wasn't given the bill until after the office pulled away from the house.

A+ Towing gets 5+ stars! Mark, Logan, and Beth are the best people ever! Our truck broke down while pulling our camper on I-90, and they came to our rescue! Not only did the do a top rate job at hauling our truck and camper to a place to work on the truck, but they also helped us locate the parts we needed to fix it. They were so personable and caring with whatever they could do to help us get on our way. Treated us like long-time friends. You cannot go wrong with this business. We couldn’t thank them enough!
