One of the worst mini vacations to our fav places Mohican- we met the best tow truck driver. John- aka Ivy was a God send! He drove us over an hour to our destination and was very friendly and professional. Thank you so much Ivy- we appreciate having someone as wonderful as you bringing us home! We wish you blessings upon blessings John, Scott and Violet!

The young man that helped me in Ashland was exceptional. He communicated very well with me giving clear information, answering questions, and instructions. His driving/loading and unloading were timely and problem free.

Huge shout-out to the crew here. I ended up with a flat where the tire separated from the rim on Saturday before all the bad snow hit Sunday. Limped the car back home but couldn't go get a new tire cause all the tire shops close at noon on Saturdays, must be an Ashland thing, so with a snow storm coming and no way to get a tirebwe were stranded in the house from the snow Sunday till Tuesday. I shoveled the snow out around the car Monday to see if I could jack up the car and take the tire off and I couldn't because it was so low to the ground my jack wouldn't fit under the car. I called Auer today and these guys came right down after I called, within 10 minutes they had me out, hooked up and towed down to the shop. They got the tire off to access and fix the problem got a new one on and balanced aired up and put back on the car and I was good to go! If it weren't for them we'd still be stuck in the house without a car. 5 stars well deserved! Thanks again really meant a lot, greatly appreciated for sure!!!
