Highly recommend bears towing!! Their tow prices will beat any local tow companies around us. They are very nice. Communication was Outstanding they called right back when they said they would they even send a text when the truck Arrives thank you guys again!!

⭐ 1/5 – Absolute disaster, total waste of time This repair shop is a complete joke. We came in Monday morning with an axle problem. They told us to wait until noon so a mechanic could make an estimate. That sounded reasonable — but it turned into a nightmare. From Monday through Thursday, every single day we were told the same bullshit: “We’re still working on the estimate.” Four days. FOUR DAYS — and they could not even make an estimate. Not a repair. Not parts. Just an estimate. These people wasted our driver’s time, tied up the truck for no reason, and achieved absolutely nothing. What makes it worse is that they clearly knew they couldn’t fix the problem, yet they kept lying every day instead of being honest. If you don’t have the skills, tools, or desire to do the job — say it on day one, don’t hold a truck hostage. This place doesn’t respect drivers, fleets, or anyone’s time. Please AVOID this shop at all costs. And do yourself a favor — read the low-star reviews first, because they tell the real story. Total disaster. Never again.

We had a very precarious situation. My daughter slid off the driveway and this driver was amazing. He was patient, kind and got her out of the ditch! A thank you ow to some local boy who helped him out too. I love living in Lodi.
