My truck was stolen Saturday night and located 2:30 later. The police used Bill’s to tow it back to the station to be fingerprinted. Sunday after it was released by the police, I call Bill’s to pay the tow charge but I find out the only phone number going straight to voicemail and the voicemail was full. Guess I’m not getting my truck back on Sunday. Call Monday morning and get a person. She tells me I’m supposed to pay the PD for the tow despite them telling me to pay Bill’s. After an hour she calls back and tells me she’ll going to do me a favor and take a payment over the phone. Great. Thanks. The bill was $215 to tow the truck 4 miles. Nothing like taking advantage of people. I’d look elsewhere for towing services. They clearly aren’t into customer service and like to rip people off when they have no choice but to pay. I can only assume their auto services are the same.
