Doc towing as well, awesome group of guys, fast pickup on the towing, I think the wait for the part was longer than the work, got me in and out within a few hours, couldn't be happier, too the young gentleman working on my truck thou, take this one as a learning experience, just cause I was dressed up in my fancy clothes because I'm on vacation doesn't mean I haven't been wrenching longer than you are old, I told you the shield was on backwards before you put the tire on, don't be so quick to judge a book by it's cover next time, and every once in awhile the customer is right, I'm a grease monkey 5 days a week just like you guys, but now you no that those shield can be put on backwards, measure twice cut once.....lol, thanks again for the speedy service guys, making it to the 2025 cruise in time....... cheers

I own an older Ford F150 with nearly 300K miles that means a lot to me and is just a part of the family. Recently, Ol Blue developed a misfire and was losing cylinder compression. After some Google research, I found P&J Auto Repair. I live in Columbus and the shop is an hour from my home. 110% worth the drive!! JJ and his team diagnosed the issue and completed the repairs. Ol Blue is back on the road and running like new. JJ and his team exceeded my expectations and I’ll definitely be back.

Had water pump, belts and they suggested a valve cover gasket due to a slight oil leak, so I agreed. They replaced the valve cover gasket and oil was spewing out of the top within 15 mins of driving my vehicle home. I called jj, he told me to bring it in he'll take care of it. Took it in again, he said its fixed put a new gasket in and ran the vehicle for over an hour. I came to pick it up oil still covered the engine, I took his word for it, drove 15 mins home and still spewing oil out of top. 3rd time Took it in and then he lost my number..dug through my car to find my address on registration paper, some guy came to my house and says my car is ready..drive back in, picked up vehicle and drove home and guess what still leaking oil of of the top. Decided to look at other stuff they did on my car and because of the spewing oil, oil somehow got into my engine coolant and they filled it with water instead of coolant and charged me for it. I wasn't about to send my car back for the 4th time to these incompetent people, how can you run a business like that? Losing my number and then telling me you ran my vehicle for an hour and its fixed.. seriously have no control over your workers or business. I took my vehicle to skivers in carbon hill and had my vehicle fixed on first try. They replaced the valve cover and the solenoid gaskets and cleaned up my engine bay because P and J had it a mess.
