I had the absolute best experience at the AutoZone on Bagley Road in Berea. My rear windshield wiper had broken, and I stopped in hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Instead, I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The store manager, Charles Weitzel, went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he assist me with replacing the rear windshield wiper, but he also took the time to walk his employee Nova through the process as a training moment. It was really impressive to see a manager lead by example while still making sure I was taken care of as a customer. Both Charles and Nova were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They made what could have been a frustrating situation quick and easy, and I truly appreciated the care they showed. I can’t recommend this AutoZone enough. Thank you, Charles and Nova, for such outstanding customer service! I will definitely be back and will be referring this location to my friends and colleagues. Thank YOU! Katie

We stopped in on this cold and snowy night for wiper blades and Charles helped us right away. He installed them for us in a few minutes. Our battery decided it wanted to die and while the store was out of stock Charles came back out and jumped our jeep for us. Thank you so much! We appreciate it more than you know!

Stoped in to get wipers and a light for my car the bald man in a gray shirt handed me a paper to go find my own parts, everytime I asked him for help with anything he sighed and seemed like he didnt want to help me. When I first arrived I had stood there for 10 minutes while he chatted it up with another customer before anyone even looked my way, the kid was busy helping someone put in a battery, and the other guy in a gray shirt was scanning boxes. Ive been to autozone a ton of times before and they have always helped you get your parts and help you install wipers. Not this guy, not only was he rude he never mentioned anything about helping and honestly i was too annoyed to ask since i figured he couldnt since he couldn't even help a customer get parts. I used to work for an auto part store you dont treat customers like they are annoying you. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced i will not return, and i will tell my friends and family to avoid this place. I hope for the sake of your customers you hire better people.
