Thank the heavens! For this tow company. I own a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport 2 door. I’m kinda still new to the area, while day driving looking for an areas to walk my dog. I drove down this unmarked access road, while in 2 wheel drive, it didn’t the matter regardless. The vegetation was high, so i didn’t see the creek that ran through the area. I felt the front of my Jeep fall and slide down about 4 feet to right and off the creek bank 2 foot drop. I knew right away i wasn’t going any where. Tried to put it in 4 low, but front axle was turned to left and wedge in placed. So the wheels just spun. Got out and noticed my left rear tire was off the ground. I then quickly Contacted Central Ohio Recovery. The gentleman over the phone was very polite and professional, gave me a quote and said that a truck would be there in 15 mins. Literally 15 mins later, I saw the flatbed tow truck, backing up to my location. Within 5 mins of hooking up to my rear axle, the driver of the tow truck pulled me out with ease. You never plan on getting stuck, especially when you make stupid decisions, like driving down an unmarked access road. Highly recommended this place for any kind of towing needs or emergencies. Thank you guys for being there! That’s a $139. mistake I won’t be doing again anytime soon. Haha

Central Ohio Recovery is a 5 star company! I have utilized their towing services several times, and each time they have managed to take a negative experience and turn it into a pleasant solution! Between communications with the office staff and the field staff, they have always showed kindness and gone the extra mile! I highly recommend adding their info to your contacts! You never know when you will need a tow or maybe even a new car! I know they have auto auctions regularly that several of my family members have been to. I’ve always heard good things about them!
