Great business to work with. I purchased a hybrid battery cell advertised at 5500mAh+, and after testing it myself with my own charger, it checked out exactly as described. A lot of sellers inflate their specs, but these guys were honest and delivered what they promised. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future hybrid battery needs. Thanks again.

I ordered a four part ignition system from Biggs Motoring for my 2005 Mercedes ML350, because the transponder key broke and Mercedes doesn’t sell them anymore. It was the only one available anywhere, but when it was installed, one part (a brain) didn’t work, so I returned the package and made arrangements to tow my vehicle to Pick-U-Part, where I would have been paid $980 for it. I told Biggs I was disappointed, because their system was my last hope. Then Biggs notified me that they had purchased another system, that had been installed on a 2005 which had started, before my second replacement system was removed. That system worked and saved my beautiful vehicle from the junkyard. It also saved me the $15k I figured I would spend for a replacement. Biggs showed perseverance and patience, as did my mechanic. My SUV was at his shop for three months, but now we’re back in action, thanks to Biggs for focusing on and solving a tricky problem.

I purchased a hybrid battery from Biggs on eBay. Shipping was fairly quick, and on arrival I scheduled installation with my shop - who attends Toyota Seminars, and is up to date on working on hybrid vehicles. Upon completing installation, the shop discovered the battery was defective, and had to remove it, and put my old battery back in - all of which cost me $475. I used the eBay return and sent the defective battery back to Biggs and they did not refund nor replace it. I inquired 2-3 times what their intentions were, and finally told them they had to take care of it. Silence. I opened a case against them in eBay and the battery was refunded almost immediately. I ordered the battery Oct 30th, and my funds were returned Dec 4th. Today, December 5th, I am back to where I started, but out the $475 due to the defective battery. I would NEVER use this business again. UPDATE 12-5: Biggs just called and left a 5-minute rant on my answering machine. I contacted them the day before Thanksgiving with no response. I contacted them Thanksgiving Day with no response. I contacted them the Friday after Thanksgiving and no response. I contacted them the Monday after Thanksgiving and told them they had to take care of the issue that day. No response. All contacts went through eBay. I opened the eBay case Tuesday, and Wednesday eBay forced Biggs to refund my $. Facts.
