Terrible experience from start to finish. The customer service was completely unacceptable — the staff was screaming at us for no reason, which was shocking and unprofessional. On top of that, we were charged $1,600 for just one hour of towing and a single day of storage, which is outrageous and feels predatory. I would strongly warn anyone to avoid this company. There are better, more honest, and more respectful options out there.

This place is a joke they towed my vehicle on Friday, I went and picked it up Monday from the impound lot and all kinds of damages was done after four days of calling finally Shaun Gray came to my home today picked up my jeep took it back to there shop they fixed some part that had a pinched wire was told they would show proof of receipt when brought back never saw a receipt when they brought it back it’s been leaking oil since we picked up our jeep! There trying to say the oil leak isn’t from the tow driver which is a lie we never had no lights on no oil leak now it’s leaking oil bad and there’s a bunch of lights on ! Tell me how they can fix one thing but yet the oil leak isn’t nothing to do with there tow truck driver! The keys was laying on my seat when it got picked up cant seem to understand why they wouldnt start my jeep and put in neutral to get it on the tow truck instead, they left it in park and drug my vehicle up on the tow truck and caused all kinds of problems. They can fix one thing and say that their tow truck driver caused that problem, but not the problem with my oil leaking all under my vehicle this place is a joke and the lady that’s in their office that answers the phone needs to learn how to talk to people with some respect you guys are running a business and it’s a very unprofessional business The tow truck driver should be fired and so should the lady that’s answering your guys’s phones

I got a call from my friend this morning because her car got towed and the man who towed it would not let her or her boyfriend pay the drop fee for them to drop their car. Her boyfriend had run out there to move the car as soon as he did, they were already towing it. They would not drop their car so they call me. I come over to hang out with their baby while they go get her car out from the impound lot, I am here for five minutes. She calls me and tells me Pro-tow is out there towing my car. Now there are no signs in this apartment complex that say that you can’t park on the street for any time or any day. There are no signs. I run out. I’m yelling because they are now towing my car, telling him that I do not live here. I have to pay $72.50 for him to drop my vehicle. Again, there are no signs. I am not in a fire lane. I am legally parked on the side of the road and my car is getting towed. This towing company is bullshit. The apartment complex is in the process of breaking their contract with pro-tow. This is not the first time this company has done stuff like this. There was nothing wrong with where her or I had our cars parked. It’s 11:30, on a Monday. With no signs saying we can’t park on the side of the road. There is no probable cause and majority of where people are parked IS LEGAL. They are illegally towing vehicles in apartment complexes they are in contract with.
