For being the first time at this place I can promise I won't be coming back unless it's a emergency. So 1. Complaint is I drove on E towns scale not knowing they don't take heavy metals anymore. There scale clear as day without me in the truck read 6660 lbs. Now some of it was sheet steel, the majority of it the was 1/4 inch I beams. 1 huge one that easily was 600 lbs over 12 foot long. They gave me sheet shredded price at a huge 0.07 cents a pound. 2. Nothing was shown how much i weighed before or after unloading. I had almost 1100lbs shredder sheet. Made 80 bucks, I would of gone anywhere else it would of been higher. Complaint 3. Why the hell do I need a company name to turn in scrap? Take a picture of me an scan my ID like every other scrap yard ive been too!

I like the prices for their copper and brass however their scale tried to say that my truck weighed exactly the same amount after I unloaded my aluminum as it did before that doesn't make sense
