My vehicle was legally parked with parking permit clearly visible. They refused to release the vehicle without payment. Here is a picture of the pass taken from the impound lot. The rental company rules allow it to be located on the dash as it was here. The tow driver took pictures at various angles to avoid showing how it really looked to the rental company. No reimbursement was offered from the company nor rental agency.

I’ve been parking in the same spot for a year be exact same spot and not once has my car ever been towed and today I walked out after my 8 hour shift to find my car had been towed! I went to pick up my car and they only take cash of $180 and their stupid atm wasn’t working. Please explain how I was illegally parking when there was absolutely no sign.

I tried to get a tow through my insurance company and they gave an estimated time of 3hrs. Then after 2 hours I got a call from the company they contracted out to and they informed me they couldn't do the job. Then I was sent another bill to schedule ANOTHER tow through a different contractor. I decided to call Hound Dog's Towing and they arrived in 45min and towed my car with MINIMAL effort and great service. 10/10 Would DEFINITELY recommend. Thank you so much.
