My Ford made it to The Ohio State Campus but decided it wouldn’t move an inch further. I was concerned due to previous poor experiences with other auto repair. But upon recommendation of three of my coworkers I called Tom and Jerry. Instantly it was a smooth hassle free experience. The tow was easy, they instantly knew them by name and even the tow truck driver told me it was in the best hands in Columbus. They were right. From the great invoice system they have that details exactly what costs and repairs are necessary to the friendly and HONEST nature of the staff. My vehicle required wheel bearing and axle repair and both were done faster then expected! I never have had a smoother experience. Highly recommend and I know as long as I am a resident here in Cbus I’m going to take my car to them. And if they are reading this, thank you again from the bottom of my heart for your hard work, honesty, and quality in the repairs you did.

Our son took his car in because it was making a strange noise in the front tire area. They found it had significant issues and sent us photos of the problems. We used the photos to consult our regular shop 200 miles away and were told they had it right and were giving us a better price than if they were to do the work. Great to work with. Feel fortunate to have found them while our son is away from home at college.

I would highly recommend Tom and Jerry’s Auto Services! My car wouldn’t start even after trying to jump it, so I had to have it towed here. It turned out the fuel pump was broken and needed to be replaced. Everyone there was incredibly nice, friendly, and patient. They finished the fuel pump replacement and oil change in just two days, which was super quick! They also gave me a helpful tip — never drive with an empty tank, even though it still has some gas in it. The service was great, the price was reasonable, and they did an awesome job repairing my car. I’ll definitely come back if I ever need help again.
