Had dropped a couple grand to have them replace part of my vehicles frame. All went good. Got my car in a reasonable amount of time...but when I looked under my hood, whoever put my bumper back together broke all of my brackets and crammed the broken pieces inside. Just kinda crappy no one even said anything.

My car was stranded in Lowes parking lot overnight. Called them and within 2 hours had a tow truck ready and by the time I got back to the car they pretty much were just waiting for me to start the car. Time estimate I gave them for me being there was dead on so he was just ready. On top of it just had a very pleasant man work with my extremely limited car knowledge and was in and out somewhere between 5-10 minutes. If I'm in the area again with a bad incident like that I'd be surprised if I didn't call them again.

Very helpful. I stopped by with a low tire pressure on a tire. The guy found a nail, and directed me to a place to get new tires. He filled up my tire with air, and I was on my way. I appreciated the quick service, and the honest information . Friendly guy.
